Service terms
This is a free public beta. The final legal operator identity, governing law, official support route and legal review remain pending. Third-party display advertising and affiliate tracking are disabled until those external requirements are complete.
Service scope
ShoppingScanner helps users explore observed Korean marketplace snapshots, keep a local shortlist and open the original merchant listing. It is not a seller, marketplace, payment processor, shipping provider or returns agent.
Price and product limits
Prices are historical observations in KRW, not guaranteed live prices or worldwide offers. Product identity, option, stock, shipping, tax, import duty, warranty and return terms must be checked with the merchant before purchase.
Accounts and storage
The core service works without an account. Optional Google sign-in and server save work only when the provider is operationally configured and the user explicitly chooses to save. Device and server copies can be managed separately.
Advertising and affiliate relationships
Advertising and compensated links will be clearly labelled when enabled. Compensation must not determine product ranking. Purchases, cancellations, refunds and disputes remain with the external merchant.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, submit personal or payment data into anonymous support fields, automate abusive traffic, misrepresent listings or use the service to violate third-party rights.
Availability and liability boundary
The beta may change or be temporarily unavailable. Decision tools and product summaries are informational and do not guarantee quality, safety, authenticity, legality or suitability. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded.
Intellectual property and data
Third-party product names, images and marks belong to their respective owners. Commercial use of catalog data must remain within the applicable source, API and affiliate permissions. Unverified content rights remain a launch blocker.
