Privacy notice
Advertising and optional analytics are disabled by default. The legal operator identity, official support route, legal review and certified consent provider remain external launch requirements. This page describes the implemented data boundaries and does not claim independent legal certification.
Data controller and contact
The final legal operator name, registered address and official privacy contact have not yet been supplied. Third-party advertising remains disabled until those facts are published. Anonymous product-error and accessibility reports may be submitted through the in-product support centre without an email address.

Legal basis and choices
Device-local processing is performed to provide features the user requests. Optional account storage is initiated by the user. Optional advertising and analytics require the relevant choice and an approved provider configuration. Global Privacy Control is treated as an opt-out.
External merchants and providers
Opening a merchant link leaves ShoppingScanner. The merchant becomes responsible for its own cookies, account, order, payment, delivery and returns. Google account functions, when configured, are governed by Google’s own terms. No advertising provider is currently active.
International transfers
Device-local data is not transferred by ShoppingScanner. Optional account, support, advertising or analytics services may involve international processing only after their operators, purposes, regions and safeguards are formally configured and disclosed.
Your controls
You can clear local service data, export and restore supported backups, delete an anonymous support report with its receipt code, delete a ShoppingScanner account and server copy from the account panel, and reopen privacy choices from any page.
Children
The service is not designed to profile children or serve child-directed personalised advertising. A final minimum-age and parental process remains an operator decision required before targeted advertising is enabled.
